Wayne Miller 1968/69 Carries the Olympic Torch, in Washington, DC. "I was nominated by a friend to the Olympic Torch Committee for my work with Veterans and my patriotism. Kerry Severn, a Vietnam Era veteran, nominated and was chosen to run the torch also. We ran separate lengths. Each length was a 2/10 of a mile in Washington, DC. I dedicated my run to the Para-Olympics and the Olympics. The ladies are my Wife and two Daughters.
