My brother is Lt. William Smoyer who was killed on July 28, 1968. I'd be interested in hearing from people who might have known him or who were there at the time. I was in Vietnam as a Red Cross Donut Dollie from April 67-68, before my brother went over. During that time I was stationed with the Marines in Danang for 3 months. I have continued to work with veterans and families of men who died there in various capacities, including as a volunteer at the Wall and currently as a Vet Center counselor.
